Brad Saide (our senior IT consultant – Linkedin - Blog) has been working with SharePoint since it was called Tahoe (as part of the early adopters program for Woolworths Supermarkets). Since then he has held various positions including Platform Implementation, SharePoint Consultant, SharePoint Principal, Solution Architect and Technical Presales. SAP

With experience in running awareness and training workshops alongside development of associated materials (that actually get used by staff post-deployment), Brad brings both business acumen and SAP Reporting experience to all of his SAP-centric projects. Most recently based at a large government department which was rolling out the largest SAP implementation in Australia, he's seen first-hand the positive outcomes of effective change programs to drive delivery through to completion (along with the resulting high levels of user adoption).

Brad also developed a number of custom solutions that allowed geographically distributed Change Mangagement teams to schedule and co-ordinate training where users could self-nominate their preferred training course, based on their SAP Security profile, along with a searchable FAQ that was dynamically generated based on User queries and used data analytics and machine learning to improve the answers and ranking over time.

In any SAP implementation, Data Quality and Entity Relationship integrity are key components to a successful migration onto the SAP platform.
Brad's attention to detail and experience supporting the Data Validation process resulted in an improved level of data quality throughout the project's lifecycle.

Bookkeeping

After a number of years working as a PA and administrative assistant, Liz has applied her business knowledge to offer demand-based Bookkeeping support services. Her experience has been that smaller businesses have peaks and troughs based on financial reporting and expense tracking, and while not traditionally requiring a permanent resource definitely have a need to meet legislative and government department / Australian Tax reporting deadlines. In addition to an excellent work ethic, her communication skills ensure that time spent on explaining the end goals is kept to a minimum (because as all small business owners know, time spent trying to get the right outcome due to language differences or lack of regional bookkeeping knowledge is time not spent developing your business).
